|Recommended: YesBrightSide Homes — The homes here are magnificent and the Staff Kimberly and Tara Scott Are So kind and friendly. I had such a smooth transition moving over here. I was debating between the two properties but they both are really good. The maintenance here is extremely amazing. Very attentive and gets the Job done quickly and efficiently. People like Nolan are hard to come by . He brings such a great asset to this community.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to call home — This place was a down size for me but at the same time an upgrade with newer appliances and countertops, etc. I have had no issues here with the management nor maintenance. Every time I submit a work order it’s done within 24 hours and the office has been very responsive for me. My home is so peaceful aside from one noisy neighbor which is not management’s fault. I definitely recommend.
